Cyntrova helps you process invoices, extract data, verify entries, and export them into Tally-compatible formats.
2. Who can use it
- You must be 18+.
- If using for a firm, you must be authorised.
- You are responsible for your account and login credentials.
3. How you can use it
You can use Cyntrova to:
- Upload invoices.
- Review extracted data.
- Manage client workflows.
- Export entries to Tally.
You agree:
- To use it only for lawful business purposes.
- Not to misuse, hack, copy, or reverse engineer the system.
4. AI disclaimer
Cyntrova uses AI to extract and process invoice data.
AI is not perfect.
You must review:
- Extracted fields.
- Calculations.
- Final entries.
before using them for accounting, GST, or compliance.
Cyntrova is not responsible for errors caused by unreviewed outputs.
5. Your data
- Your data is used only to run the product.
- We do not sell your data.
- Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. Client responsibility
If you manage multiple clients:
- You must assign invoices to the correct client.
- You must verify entries before export.
Cyntrova is not responsible for errors caused by wrong client selection or misuse.
7. Plans & billing
- Plans may include usage limits (invoices, features, etc.).
- Access may be restricted if limits are exceeded.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Pricing may change for future billing cycles.
8. Service availability
Cyntrova is provided “as available”:
- No guarantee of 100% uptime.
- Features may change or improve over time.
9. Limitation of liability
Cyntrova is not responsible for:
- Incorrect accounting entries.
- GST or tax errors.
- Financial or business losses.
- Decisions made using platform outputs.
You must review all data before use.
10. Termination
- You can stop using anytime.
- We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, or violations.
